These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile games and website provided by Annaoraz Tuliyev (“I”, “me”, “my”). By accessing or using the apps or the website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

I provide casual mobile games — Word Search, Find Differences, and 4 Drawings: Word — and a website at annaoraz-tuliyev.web.app. Features, platforms, and availability may change at any time.

License

I grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps solely for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and any applicable app-store rules.

Intellectual Property

The apps and the website (including code, graphics, logos, text, screenshots, and other content) are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the apps except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the apps or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Use my name, brand, or assets without permission.

Advertising and Links

The apps may display third-party advertisements (e.g., via Google AdMob) and may contain links to third-party services. I am not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

In-App Purchases

Word Search offers an optional in-app purchase “Remove Ads.” Purchases are processed by the relevant app store. Any refunds are handled in accordance with the store’s policies and applicable law.

THE APPS AND THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. I do not warrant that the apps or website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APPS OR THE WEBSITE.

Termination

I may suspend or terminate access to the apps at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when they were last updated. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
