This Privacy Policy explains how I, Annaoraz Tuliyev (“I”, “me”, “my”), process information when you use my mobile games and this website.

I do not create user accounts and I do not ask you to provide your name, postal address, or other contact details inside the apps.

What I Collect

Information you provide

If you contact me by e-mail, I will receive your message and the e-mail address you used to contact me.

Automatically collected data (via SDKs)

Advertising (Google AdMob): AdMob may collect or receive device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID/IDFA), IP address, coarse location inferred from IP, device and network information, interactions with ads and app events. This is used to serve, limit, measure and improve advertising and for security/fraud prevention.
Analytics (Firebase Analytics): Firebase Analytics may collect an app-instance identifier and aggregated usage events (e.g., app opens, screens, device info) to understand app usage and performance.

In-App Purchases

Word Search includes an optional one-time purchase “Remove Ads”, which disables advertisements. Transactions are processed by the respective app store. I do not receive your payment card details.

Why I Process Data

To operate the apps and show advertisements (AdMob).
To understand aggregate usage and improve the apps (Firebase Analytics).
To respond to support requests.
To protect against fraud and abuse.

Legal Bases (where applicable)

Consent: for personalized advertising in regions that require it (e.g., EEA/UK). Where required, the apps can display a consent prompt provided by Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP).
Legitimate interests: for non-personalized ads, analytics, app security, and basic measurement.

Your Choices

Ads consent: Where available, use the consent prompt in the app to choose personalized or non-personalized ads.
Device settings: You can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (naming varies by device/OS).
Remove Ads: In Word Search, you can remove advertising by purchasing “Remove Ads”.

Children

My apps are rated 3+ but are not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact me so I can take appropriate action.

I do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers that help deliver the apps (e.g., Google for AdMob and Firebase) or where required by law.

Retention

I do not maintain separate user databases. Service providers may retain data as necessary to provide and improve their services and to comply with legal obligations.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by my service providers. They implement safeguards appropriate to their services.

Security

I take reasonable measures to protect information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
